Just learned my GM muscle car pan hangs too low in the car so now I'm on the hunt for a better pan that reasonably priced.

Quick question - the pics are coming up MONSTEROUS on my screen. I thought the forum automatically resized them?

Edited: Resized pics

Nice! The Holley pans fit the Chevelle chassis very nice. Almost like they were made for our cars. Hope your wife is well.

Yeah all is well. The 1 year anniversary was a couple weeks ago. Life comes at you like a ton of bricks sometimes!

I ordered up the Holley 302-3 pan. Has ports for turbo oiling built right in Should show up this week but Jegs is less than communicative.

Also, I broke a valve cover bolt off in the head last night. So I'll have some fun fishing that out tonight.

Question for anyone that may actually see it...……

I test fitting my Prothane engine mount to the frame mounts. Theyre a really sloppy fit. It should just barely slip over the frame mount right? Anyone know why?

Holley 302-3 installed. Has provisions for turbo oil return ports cast in.

Headers fitted with Stage 8 locking header bolts installed (locks not yet installed).

Some of the boots were too close to the headers so I also installed boot covers.

Gotta get the catch can fitted now.Im also going to slide the engine and trans in as a combo so Im rebuilding the trans. I'll update this thread with that progress as well.
