Just saying, if you make the fuel-rails-to-y a hardline, then you only have the soft line from
Y to hardline-at-firewall.

In total, any car I build is usually only 4-6ft total of soft line. So there's only ever 2 lines and 4 fittings total for soft line. Makes it nice for future servicing—only two lines to replace if they're worn.
