In my most cases, if the tank has more than one vent port location they should be T'd together and then run to the venting solution. Obviously I'd suggest the II MUCH product. A tank with a port on the neck and one on the body allows air to enter the tank when using fuel and escape when filling it. The two port configuration also dramatically reduces the possibility of fuel tank pressurization.
