Marcus beat me to it. Independent Wheel specializes in doing this especially for the brands that are no longer around like Kinesis

Might as well mention these guys too in case anyone else needs to find parts for multi-piece rims https://store.blackforestindustries.com/ I found them when looking for BBS information and parts.

have you contacted VR wheels?

lots of the tuner guys used them and I got 2 lips from them that were good quality.

google VR wheels.

Yes they seem to be. My Formula43 centers bolted right in. clearances were right but after beating on the car in auto cross all weekend all is well.
