Yes..... it was just completely gutted and remodeled - and the yard et al was stripped clean.... they did bare minimum landscaping just to flip the house - and we’re getting bids right now to remedy that.

After seeing the last two homes and then those cute little “starters” up the front walk way I knew they weren’t going to cut it. I’m willing to bet the landscapers have a new truck and equipment before the ink dries.
