I just wished I would have done more research EARLY ON.....

The lawsuit is the most telling to me — a bait and switch deception.... BAM! Right there tells you all you need to know about a person. These people are always masters at BS.... and they always fall apart when the BS goes up in smoke.

Since nobody does anything about it — they live to repeat.

Well...I think this time is different. He better go into vacuum sales or something else. I don't think anyone in the automotive industry will touch him with a ten foot pole.

Oh he’s right back at it with his super secret sauce closed club on Facebook... He had a whopping 70 members! He’ll do the same thing - he can’t help himself.

Sorry to Ramble on here. ...... but what happens is that most people judge other people by our own personal “values”.... so, when you start dealing with someone whose image is that of above average talent to provide a service we either don’t have the ability or the time to do ourselves....... it takes some time for reality to bleed thru our perception of what is happening. Hats off to Greg for painting the true picture of his experience......... Greg, next time we get together I’ll tell you my Story. I’m a graduate also the personal Values School.

A little update after the test day.

found the Dry sump pump and a slight weep between stage 3 and 4 so we sent it back to ARE to find out why. he has not seen that in the past so he wanted to see it.
talking to Greg's friend Bruce about the Vbox camera system and he suggested using the CANBUS info from the Holley Dominator to give much more info to the vbox display and use it for more tuning!! we also are adding brake pressure input to the Holley/ Vbox so that will display as well, this should be helpful in seeing what is happening on track and could help make for quicker lap times if that is the goal................
had time to remake the belly pan parts that were all tore up from Thunderhill.

Interesting tuning observation we had 1.5deg neg camber. in the car tire wear and temp 180 ish was close but we added 1/8 shim to give almost 2 deg. and the inside tire temp went WAY 220 if i recall up and the added wear showed as well. out came the shim may go 1/2 way and add 1/16 shim if we get any more test time on it. But that was very interesting to see a small change make a big difference.

Blake, I have run into this before with a lot of dynamic (full compression) caster. If the suspension is set up for a lot of caster gain with travel, then the camber can get way up there when the wheels are turned, adding to the static camber. Just a thought, fwiw.

Edit: When I maxed out the caster (mechanical limit) on my Viper, I had to back the static camber down to -1.8 degrees from -2.6 degrees to make the tire temps happy.

Cheers

Pappy

.5 degree camber adjustment to me is alot when when you get over 1.0 negative camber. If its a couple tenths off from side to side I can feel the difference on the highway.

What you said is spot on Ken.... and when you toss in the history and what he did for my other track car — it was easy to be “all in”. I’m just happy that my line of credit was still good with Charley so I could get it all fixededededed up again! LOL 😂
