I built this one. Found some plans online that were free. Although, I probably have $700 in it, with the cost of steel, the casters, and long ram jacks, it adds up quick. And that was in 2012. Who knows what it would cost now.
Realistically, it's probably cheaper to buy one. I know it would have been a lot easier
