You drill a 2" hole in your firewall, 2 holes for the mounting screws. Mount the firewall pass through on the engine side around the harness, have a buddy tighten the the nuts on the inside of the car and your done.

Ohh so its just the 2 bolts, no sandwich plate on the backside to keep help pull the firewall flat if its not on a perfectly flat spot. The thinner passthroughs have more bolts and conform to the firewall, my concern is the 2 bolts may not suck it perfectly tight to the firewall. That would be remedied with a 1/8" backing ring with the 2 bolts. I can easily fab that up. I'll consider picking one of these up. Thank you!

There's also an ebay seller that sells one for a smaller diameter harness(for Hondas) that I'm going to be using on my main vehicle harness. The item is listed under "k tuned firewall grommet" . I would post a link but I hate posting up links then they expire.

These are very cool. I see on his website there's an option for hidden or visible fasteners, which one do you have there? I was looking on his site but see no way to contact him to ask. I'd like to see a version of both of I could.

Thanks!

So the pictures I posted are the hidden hardware version as you have to tighten the nuts from inside the car.

And the version that Ahmad B posted is the version with the bolts inside the engine bay.
