Never knew that the ‘Velle verts were shorter than the coups…and I’ve been around these cars for 30+ years.

Not sure if the info is out there on why Chevy made the convertibles shorter.
The other A-body lengths for 1970…
Buick GS all models 202.2”
Pontiac GTO all models 202.9”
Olds 442 all models 203.2”
