little progress I bought all new glass-Grey tinted and headliner needed to go first so we did it,(I know its not completed yet rear tack strips are backordered for years) then had glazer over for frt and rear glass install, funny I cant remember if this has ever had them in, under my ownership. Thats the problem with 20 year projects!

I've always loved this paint scheme in the 69 Trans Am.

time for another update and shout out to my son! he tackled rear Digitail and marker light, front Turn signal and headlight wiring he's more detail oriented than I am. so all exterior lights are finish wired, YAY! all LED lights except the headlights, can't wait to have this out at night for better visual I wanted rear LED tails because I feel that the OE isn't all that noticeable people need to see the taillights! I also found I need 1 horn like pictured that mounts to core support AND pass quarter window chrome as A/M don't fit great so if anyone has either please message me

note: any thoughts on how to stop the light leak from quarter Bird emblems?

It’s been 30 years but I believe I was able to GENTLY bend/tweak the emblem.
The bezel needs to match the quarter profile nearly exact. But be careful it is only pot metal. Another trick may be using a bit of 3m trim adhesive or other gasket type material. I do remember not caring for the light bleed either.
