Need Guidance - Son's Truck

Hello,
So my son is stationed at Ft Lewis McCord base in Seattle, WA. This past year, he bought a truck that my wife and I drove out to him and got to visit him for a long weekend.

So he has told me that it now has the dreaded lifter tick in his 6.2l GMC truck. It is a 2017 model.

Seeing how I am 2800 miles away, I wanted to reach out to see if anyone has any reputable shops near the Tacoma area that might be able to do the DOD delete and lifter swap. Of course, he is on a military budget, and is trying to make the best choices in this situation.
