Thanks for the awesome pics. What is the wheel and tire info on the 70 camaro? Thanks in advance

Jerry
Thanks,I just put those wheels on this summer.I'm leaving this one pretty original,no hood pins or headlight covers...yet! I like the fact that I can switch back to the two sets of stock rallys (one with Goodyear PolyGlas, one with Radial T/A's) if I need that stock appearance for a show.

Mary (mpozzi) has these Vintage Wheel Works on her car, except she has the curved spoke V-45's.Mine are the straight-spoke V40's.Sizing is identical to hers though...

Fronts
17x8 (4.5" b/s)
245/45-17

Rears
17x9.5 (5.5" b/s)
285/40-17

Before anyone asks about the lugs,I had those made from SS bar stock, have a set for all three cars.Made by a local machinist buddy of mine.$400/set of 21 (one extra)...or $19.05 each.

Completes the look for me...

The '70 Z is my original car, purchased in 1980...when I was like everyone else...out looking for a '69 Z.Restored it in 2000,original Norwood Hugger Orange car.The '70 SS454 came next, bought it locally from a guy getting a divorce in 2000,original stock Cranberry Red SS car built in Baltimore. The '69 Z was purchased in 2001 and was originally paint code 59 (Frost Green) and was changed by me when restored in 2004.Complete nut & bolt restoration.Engine built by Golen Engine Service, dynoed at 554hp & 498 lb ft torque. It is also a Norwood car, hence the "X-77" license plates...

Thank you,

Now how about the 70 Chevelle? My favorite Chevy!

I take it you have garage space for all 3 cars plus the daily drivers right?
