The lower mounts are C6 Corvette on stock style pins. The weight of the cooling stack sits on mounts that bolts to the frame. The radiator, intercooler, ac condenser and fan as an assembly. It has some weight.

The side mount is a fabricated mount using a grommet. The radiator side has a turned pin. The other brakes is a fabricated mount. This constrains the rad for after but allows for expansion.

The system allows the radiator to float. I have failed a number of radiators do to ridged mounts. We want to it to have room to expand as it heats up.

Again look at a way a stock (New Car) radiator is mounted. Copy that.
