I did love Malitude no doubt.
Makes sense. I think the industry caught up to his visions by the time the later builds occurred. Think about Tri-tip and The Mule being updated which would be a crazy thought at the time they were built. Malitude was the same as far as I can remember. Did anyone even make a frame for that car at the time?

Still wish I'd have been in a position to buy Tri Tip when it was up for sale and Steve Rupp got it... He did right by the car imho! Subtle updates without taking it too far with a modern LS etc.
