John called me today and we got things sorted out. Sounds like things are hectic but coming around in the order fulfilment.

I’m STILL waiting on my order, even after to speaking with him on the phone months ago… It sounded like he was going to get my order out within a couple weeks of the call, but nothing… I don’t mind things taking a little longer than expected, but this is excessive IMO.

I hate to read this as the product looked great and many were using it. If I had chance at a PayPal claim I wouldn’t let that lapse on the promise of a resolution that hasn’t been followed through for others.

He's not responding to me either. I've removed his banners for now and paused his advertising until I can get this straightened out.

I have 2 months left in the window for a claim, I'll give it one more month and if I haven't heard back will ask him to cancel and refund, if he doesn't I'll refile the claim.

I talked to John on the phone today. He said he made revised fixtures for milling these and production time has significantly improved.

I'm in the same boat as everyone else (months behind when told "a few weeks" for lead time) and my fabricator needs them pretty urgently, so hoping I can get them soon. Today's update was "another week or two." So... fingers crossed.

I talked with him yesterday, heard the same thing. Had a great conversation with him, probably took too much of his time.
