Default Continental Extreme Contacts noise

Does anyone run these and do you have noticeable road noise? I have a set on my Camaro SS in ZL1 sizes and they howl worse than some of the mud tires I've had on my trucks.

No personal experience, but a search shows a lot of reviews that claim they are quite noisy.

The tires that were on the car when I got it are the same model of tire but in the smaller stock SS widths and I don't recall them being all that noisy. These depending on road surface and weather conditions can vary from fairly quiet to howling like mud tires.
