The car was on this year's Power Tour. This should be it http://www.pro-touring.com/events/po...s/DSC00849.htm If I remember it has Billet Specialties 20s all the way around. The rear had offset control arms to clear 285/30s on 10s I'm guessing. I think the fronts were 255/35s on 8.5s. I'm guessing on the wheel sizes but I think I'm within a 1/2". If the wheels are stepped lip wheels which I think they are after looking at the picture again then they are a 1/2" smaller 9.5s and 8s.
