Default 18x8.5 front wheels..what backspacing?

I know with 18x8's that 4.75 to 5" is what most use. But with 8.5 in the front what do ya think?? I am guessing 5" to 5.25" would work. Anyone using this size?? My car has a 2" drop in the front with inner fenderwells. Front tires will be 245/40/18 BFG KD's. Thanks!

Don't let other people give you your backspacing measurement. Put all the items you plan on using on the car, control arm, steering linkage, and brake system, and measure it yourself. The difference from one car to the next can be bigger than most think, and what works on 1 chassis, might not fit another.

Tyler is right, measure your car. With that said and if this is a first gen camaro then 5.25" b.s should get you there...
