i really dont see any issue with a supercharged or turbocharged motor from the factory... the fact that it has a power adder doesent really "cheapen" anything for me. in fact, a motor with forced induction from the factory will generally have a stronger bottom end, in order to handle the extra strain.
i dunno. i like it though.

I like everything about the Parnelli Jones car except that split over the headlights - yuck. I know what they're trying to do but it just doesn't look right to me atleast. I remember when I saw it on the GTR Mustang Copncept - only thing I didn't like on that too.

Yeah the price gouging is pretty bad and that's really too bad that dealers do that. I remember when the SRT4 Neons came out and a guy had a $10,000 mark up on it and I looked at him and said "$31,000 for a stinkin' NEON???!!!!!" He said "It's an SRT4" and I said "It's a NEON for cryin' out loud LOL!" A lot of these dealers that get these special cars are just slime.

If they didn't gouge, then really $45,000 for a 500 hp. 4 seat V8 muscle car is not too shabby. It is however hard to beat the Z06 Vette bang for the buck. It's a killer car.
