Wheels FIRST !
Make sure they fit with your final suspension setup in place and attack any suspension modifications needed. Drivetrain should be second in the same respect as the suspension. Make sure everything fits and modify as needed.
Body could be next fitting all the trim etc.
Build a complete rolling and sometimes running car first.
The more you put on and mock up first will make the final assembly easier.
Then tear it down and make it pretty.
Interior is ALWAYS last (unless there is some custom fab work to be done, in that case do it with the body mod stage)
