Yea, I sealed a rubber one under it to keep water and junk out.

A lot of the guys running 5.0 mustangs on road courses usually disconnect them while at the track.

I know you're ready to have it back drivable again. It's looking good!

Well it does not make for a good day when is activates when it was not suppose to and you loose the race, or if you bump into someone (roadrace) and your fuel shots off, then you done.

When you tap into people on the track ( although iI doubt this will be a problem for you) they can some times cut your fuel. Also off road excursions at the track tend to set them off. The general consensus is that they are a little to sensitive for track use.

Today BOS shot the sealer. We were going to paint, but the temp got to be over 100 degrees and Joe was worried that the paint would dry too fast and wouldn't lay down nice.

He's going to come in EARLY Monday and shoot the paint when it's cooler.

The sealer is almost the shade of the paint. lol.. Anyways, it's nice to see her looking like her old self.

Oh, and we ripped the 302 out of the Fairlane.. that was a messy 3 hours..
