they look like Formula 43's wheels, are they ?

Yes sir, they are indeed Formula 43 Rad 14's finished in Laguna Gray. Very nice wheel and I love the look of them on the car.

I think I read on here that Formula is not doing a 19 any longer but I have not called Formula personally.
