Thanks guys. Yes, i'm very happy i didnt sell it.

Financially we (the wife and I) have been doing much better. I now have a job that i make comfortable money, not enough to get a new project car but certainly enough to put some money aside for retirement/toys/etc.

I was surprised that i got 6 pages, because if you look in this month's Muscle Car Enthusiast. You'll see my buddy Jerome Bergmann's 1967 Hemi GTX that only got 3 pages... and his collection is vastly superior to my car. Read the article and you'll see what i mean, he has 8 very rare mopars all in his barn.

Regardless, I'm very happy. The next project (when i get the cash) will either be an old 1949 Chev truck, or a daytona shelby kit car.... we'll see what the wife approves of

Thanks again!

Very Cool ! I need to make a trip to Barnes and Noble for a copy.

When do you want to stop over and see the '49 Chevy Pickup I'm working on? I plan to finish up the major body work before selling it......

I've been a lurker here absorbing what I can for some time. But seeing two members who live right in my backyard compelled me to post.

So, hello, and congratulations. The car looks great!
