from what i read, it goes back to paypal. there are two different sets of conditions though. one said "up to 12 sessions at $200 each" and the other said "up to 3 sessions at $250 each".

i made a purchase and only got $200 when 30% would have been $206, so im thinking the first set of conditions is true.

summitracing is 30% as well!!!!!!!!!!!!

I saved $280 on my rear tires and $106 on my fronts

The live.com promotion is on again, off again... it first showed up about 2 months ago and keeps appearing in various rates of discount.

It was 30% for the last couple days up to about noon today-- as of this afternoon it's back down to 25%.

The best bet is to watch slickdeals.net in the "hot deals" forum as they always have up to the minute info on the live.com discount current percentage and when it's active.

Live.com has about $800 in cashback pending for me just from this morning.... LOL

For some reason, I can't get the Microsoft Cash back icon to show up at the top of the screan on ebay when using my desktop computer, but it does when I use my laptop.

I was funded on one of my purchases within 3 hours, the other 2 will take 60 days
But my AAW harness I got for $350 shipped and my nitto 55r and invo tires for 30% off before it changed.

there is really no sense to how it works. up until about 1500 pst i was able to get 20% for ebay but 25% for ebay stores. once i used the link for the stores, i was able to get 25% for anything. now its 20% for EVERYTHING. i guess it used to be 35% a couple of months ago. we'll have to see how long this lasts. theres a bunch of idiots out there abusing the hell out of it (ie. gift cards, fake purchases, etc.), so it may not last much longer.
