I do believe they tried to pass this crap back in 2007, but something fell through. It's good that our MA politicians are worried about our exhaust more so than our crumbling economy/unemployment rate in MA!! Way to go guys/gals. Keep up the great work. They are all a bunch of CLOWNS!!
