Ok turns out I had the pass and driver side mixed up,lol. Anyway motor is in thanks guys!

everything fits just as designed

Steve was working late last night and the guy who handles the 24 hour tech support line had fallen asleep. HaHaHaha

I Was looking at your photos and it looked like you had the drivers side on Pass side the Drivers side is longer and you i have Autocraft mounts along with there oil pan!
I see you figured it out on the mounts dont worry i had i little problems too any other questions would be glad to help! Like Blake had mentioned (Would be better if you take the subframe out of the car and mount Motor and Trans, Another note make sure to get the body mounting bushings from speedtech)
