Yes. $105 to $110 a square foot - sheetrocked through primer with in-floor heat, 100 amp service, floor drain in, basic electrical and basic lighting.
At a minimum, the new owner would pay for paint and floor treatment to finish. Most guys go quite a bit beyond that.
Mezzanine, floor coverings up/down, beyond basic electrical and lighting, etc. are additional.
The smallest units are 13'x24' and run about $69K rough.
Lot's of different sized units available as the big buildings are built to support a free span. Some guys have 100x80 units, but they aren't the norm.
Not cheap, but as CDNbowtie pointed out, it's cheaper in many cases than relocating which is what helped us justify the cost.
