Welcome! I know the sheet metal replacement dance as well... When we got my Dad's '56, the whole back of the car was so rotted it had twisted and collapsed down over the frame!

Good luck on the project!

Here are some more recent pictures of the camaro. All the sheet metal is finished, and just waiting to go to paint....probably middle of next week. We painted the engine the same color we are going to be painting the car...so you get kind of a preview.

Hey Tig, good work, and tons of it!

Where did you get the 1-piece floor? Do you like it? I'm thinking of doing the same thing. Any speed bumps you can warn about?

I originally found it on Classic Industries site....for $339.95. But, then found one at a local swap meet for $300 and no shipping. I will say....it was a perfect fit. There were no problems...we measured it, cut it...and it fit like a glove. I was afraid with the size, it would be hard to get it right on all sides without some work. But i was wrong, they did a good job making this product.

Well guys/gals,

The bodywork is DONE! We are wet sanding now, and goes to paint next week. I'll have some new pics as soon as its painted.
