Has to be pump pressure.... I'm sure it was engineered with their GM pump they sell.

Glad to see Charley out there having a good time in all your hard work....
You think Mark knows its coming back to him pregnant? LOL

They have alot of engineering in it and the system works.

Performs when you need it to and also smooth and a joy to drive when just enjoying a cruise. Same setup for each. Great stuff.

I wouldn't be surprised if they put in a little restrictor or made a little change with some aspect of the pump from one year to another. They are constantly experimenting on their test cars and their subframes now ship with different shocks, springs, sway bar and rack than the original ones that we ordered.

Any time you're running a GM pump you need a restrictor -- because most of the racks used are Ford based...

....unless you have a DSE rack that was engineered to run on 3 GPM.

That would be a major plus!! Back in the day (Todd's variety) --- my guess is they used more of an off the shelf version.

I believe it's just a $20 flow reducer that solves the "issue" of GM pump to Ford rack.

You're right -- it's no big deal -- unthread one - and thread in another with a smaller orifice... DONE.

But the real key is here ---- CHARLEY now hates The Mule (I'm making this up) --- Jackass is just that -- and MAYHEM is the new sheriff in town.

You learn something new everyday.... I'll have to pass that on to the new owner.
