Default killer

any pics of rollbar, thats one thing i bet is overlooked alot when building a pro touring/ race type car that will see street duty, it has all the workings of both a race car and a street car, thus creating issues like this. what interferes with each other?? the door handle or arm rest?? i am making my should/door bars to go right down to rocker bar once it gets past my shoulder to allow me to use reg interior panels, some pics of rollbar would be great
car looks awesome

Was the hockey stick stripe in 69 called the D90, I know the 68 D90 stripe went down the middle of the fender and door, just curious. The C6 wheels look awesome and the body work looks flawless, congrats on your build so far.

My down bars hit stock and custom camaro door panels, Marquez panels will not fit for the same reason, so it will need to be something custom. So lets hear or see some ideas, but nothing too tricky. My car looks stock on the outside, race car under the hood so not sure on the door panels and rear seat.

I had to cut and reglass my door panels from Marquez , they dont hit now! Marquez's dash is nice I did mine in black wrinkle powdercoat, it looks really nice so far , covered the dash pad in leather double stiched

Default Thanks again

When Jim was building my cage I knew we were not going to be able to run an arm rest on a standard interior. I also have to run the standard door handle upside down to clear. The down bars were built for maximum arm/elbow clearance.

I had Marquez send me a raw fiberglass door panel to see if it would work. I could have cut the glass but the bar ran perfectly through where the new door handle would be on the new panel.

I am guessing that I will start with a flat board and go from there.

Here is a shot of the cage and my inner fender well.
