I am running the hellwig protouring rear sway bar. I got them to send me rates for front and rear bar.
402 front
Rear 177 softest
209 medium
249 stiffest.
My springs are 550 front and rears are variable rate 112-188.

I have a trap door baffle in the fbody pan from improved racing. Last year my buddy blew his olds up with a non baffled pan. My videos show me doing over 1 g in corners.

My tie rod ends don't touch the pan now that I've raised the mounts 1/4 inch. Then pic is of the mounts before I installed the spacers.Attachment 67404Attachment 67405

Gotcha. You don’t have too much rear bar with that unit. What spring rate did you end up ordering? You can use more rear rate (weight) to help the car off the corner. You mentioned Lance’s thread. His is a great one to follow for info regarding auto crossing. He is always generous in giving info out, and you can learn from what he’s doing with a similiar car as ours.

Ridetech thinks the 225 rear spring is the way to go. And I'll feel a big difference.
Lance thinks I'll feel more difference with front coil overs vs rear. And I definitely need a bigger front bar.

I'm looking for a heavy front bar. Detroit speed makes a 1034lb front bar anything heavier than that will have to be custom or pieced together. Front coil overs in the future

Frustrated cuz the whole point of having splined sway bar is tuning with different bars. Lots of splined bars available with no different bars. I'd like to get the Detroit speed one and have a heavier bar made for it.
I'm looking a Speedway engineering bar.
Not to be confused with speedway motors who just came out with a new splined A body bar. I did some digging and it's only a 333 and 375.
My hollow one piece bar is 402.
