Well, crap. That's just not cool, sorry to hear it's more than something simple. This car has really had a man streak in her at times, it'll get sorted out though. You'll look back and laugh in a few years, for now just keep muscling it.

Tough luck steve, at least you'll get a bigger cam and possibly a rebuild with ARP hardware making the motor even stronger. Please post up what happened when you find out.

Default What did you do for a clutch?

I am running a textralia with a billet flywheel. I hear the Mcleods are real good as well.

A moment of silence for the fallen crank.. she led a short, but.. well a short life.

If I went 30 under it MIGHT be ok.. 30..

Still no idea what killed it. The heads and valvetrain are perfect, pistons look like new. :shrug:
