Not to go to far off subject but I guess I am most qualified to comment on the gas turbo situation. Gale has shown very little interest in making turbo product for LSx's. There was a time when John Espino and myself thought we could push the project forward with Colin(Gale's Son) but alas the project didnt get off the ground. Gale may have his reasons but all I've personally heard is that he has no faith in the engine handling the power.
Not to sound like a disgruntled EX employee but the gas turbo stuff doesn't make him money so that department got ignored.

Is this for improvement for their systems or a broadening of the market of the systems? As far as I knew, they have been in this type of business a long time. (The re-badging is definitely understandable)

Interesting. From what I can tell the power making abilities of the LSx type engine is pretty remarkable. (What do I know)
He knows so much about Turbo's and how to package kits, it just seamed like a natural for him. He was the only one I knew that had a complete kit, with everything ready to install.
Since it had already been done for a sbc, I to thought a LSx kit would be somewhat of a piece of cake. It seem that the, "Fabrication", of the necessary parts needed for a proper installation was/is the big draw back for most people. They either don't have the skills or can't afford someone who does to really finish it up correctly.
At the time, I figured on going with a kit, as most of the really competent builders, don't live anywhere near me and a Custom Job always cost more than a good prefabbed kit.
Oh well.
Thanks again,
