Hi Brian -
98ssnova hit the nail on the head. ISIS does not care about the type of input..switch, keyfob, etc. The relationship between input to output can be as simple as 1 to 1, 1 to many, many to 1. The Security function can apply to any output you would like. For example when the ISIS security is enabled via the inLINK...we lock out the ingintion, starter, and fuel pump at the mastercell. Thus even if you attempted to hot wire the starter...the mastercell has been told that "Starter" input has been secured and will not allow the function. The Security feature could be applied to whatever you dream off.
Regarding custom programming...here are your current options.
1. Let us know what you want at the time of purchase and we will set your system up accordingly.
2. System installed already or in the process of installation...let us know the changes and we will configure and email you the code and a programmer. You then take the code and the programmer and upload.
Coming in 2009, we will have a windows based custom programming feature that will enable the user to make system changes.
Hope this clarifies
Karl
