I also found this about a previous business.... Seem maybe this guy has a history of BS deals....

I also found this recent article which states he's no longer with RK Motors - and has entered into a plea agreement.

Sentencing was delayed for a week... the author of one of the articles said in response to my emailing him.

I don't understand why these guys don't go straight to prison.... crime DOES pay apparently.
