I thought I would post a quick update before heading to La Jolla for the week so here is where we are today...

The exhaust is in, the Mark Williams aluminum driveshaft has arrived, the brakes are bled and the power windows and glass is being aligned. Most importantly for '67 fans... the vent windows are in!

We wanted to see the car on the groung one last time before finishing off some other minor details so here it sits. The lower valance still need polishing and so does the roof but I couldn't resist shooting a couple of pics.

The hood is just set in place - no hinges and no latch - and it still needs to be sanded and polished but it's there.

We had the entire exhaust system ceramic coated after grinding all of the welds flush (there is something I will never do again). We have the tips trimmed properly and the fit is great...

car looks amazing - I dig the exhaust treatment... little cool things like that really make a car IMO and those worked out very cleanly.

On a serious note.. I must say that this car is absolutly bad ass.. I just oozes attitude. And while it has a simular vibe as Penny the excution and attention to detail is on a whole other level.

We have a full page on it in the new Camaro Performers and I can't wait until it's done to do more.

BTW.. you will LOVE those tires...
