As far as the two other things to do, they are build a small mount and find somewhere to place the Finch dual vent tank and order about six of those "pancake bump stops" from Energy Suspension to fit between the bracing made on the underside of the top of the notch.
Here are a few side shots of the underside of the top piece of the notch. You can see the bracing added for extra strength in addition to the bead rolling. To protect the frame once powder coated, I will put one of those little (as I like to call them) "pancake-like" bump stops on both ends of each rail right above the IRS frame rails to support added weight just in case I put my custom stereo box there....hint, hint.
