Wish I could have seen the car while I was there this year. I was hoping we could just buff most of it out but it sounds worse then that. JUst hang in there and don't give up. If you were a little closer we could jump on it together, sound like the big stuff is done just needs the fine tunning and re-shot.

Sorry to hear about what had happened Anthony. REALLY SUCKS!!!
This after you pay the "jerk" in full and fill his gas tank for him, which you didn't need to do. Sounds like something I would do as well, just to be a nice guy & appreciate the hard work/effort someone has put into helping me build my car. I WOULD BE FURIOUS to say the least!!!!
Sounds like this "jerk" was just using your car as a ginuea pig of some sorts?
Again, sorry to hear what had happened & hope all works out well for you and your project.

I wish you were closer. It would already be fixed!

We just need a transportation sponsor!

It still just blows me away that Chris would abandon your car and your parts in the driveway with nobody around then run like hell before you showed up. That says everything about his class and character.

On a positive note, it's really cool to see the support you have here, Tony. It's obvious that everyone who has talked/worked with you has a very high opinion of you.

I feel really bad for Tony, and really feel like I dodged a bullet with my car. Chris came down to look at mine for paint, and the only reason the Chevelle didn't end up there too was because I balked at his quote.

I think Chris tried to do the kind of job Tony wanted. I just don't think he's a body and paint guy and he shouldn't have represented himself as one to myself or Tony. If mine had turned out like Tony's it would likely have been the end of that project for me. I give Tony big props for hanging in there on this deal.

Thanks for all the kind words guys! This has been a real trying year for me and in the end I feel very used and that he took something from me. I will move on and the car will get fixed and finished....somehow.

Curtis is right, I did leave out some of the drama. Didn't think Scott's great site needed all of it!

Again thanks for all the kind words and interest in my little project!

Sorry to hear about all that. Glad to hear the car and your vision will still come to a successful conclusion.
