Got it. They were fairly gentle, didn't see anything negative from ZR-1 though. At any rate, you cannot please everyone and it's your car so do what YOU like. I've had guys dump on my cars too and at first I took it personally. But you quickly learn it's not worth it.

yea ive leanred that. btw did i mention im building the car in 45 days minus bodywork and paint? so updates should come very fast....

Slownova, (I take it your name is Brian), I love all kinds of cars. Hardcore road racing, 100% pure restorations, trailer queens, chassis dyno kings, drag and oval racing... you name it. This website is about building cars - the build and engineering is what really interests me. If you want to put 20" wheels on your ride, more power to you. The way I see it, unless someone is paying you to put their parts on your car, they have no say in how it should be built. Each of us knows exactly how we want our cars to be and we all know the struggles it takes to get there.

There's a big difference between criticism and constructive criticism. Personally, I think your Chevelle looks great. Kudos to you.
