200 hours of labor and 25 years of expierence better get a paint job to die for or to kill for. I am sure you have cranked out some teriffic paint jobs. Seems like you missed it on this one. I am not trying to knock you by any strech but this dude has been excited as a kid on Christmas morning up until he went to your shop.
I would not choose this hill to die on. Fix the man's car.

i am sorry but 200 hrs is not excess with metal work and paint, 40-60 hrs is common to just sand and buff a car properly.
