Cool stuff. Your glass kit left today. Looks like it will get there in time. LOL. Do I need to send some people up there? You have more time then you think. We left last year Friday night / Saturday morining at 1:00AM, got there Sunday night in 47 hours from Florida, LOL!

The daily video updates are cool, Kevin. When do you plan on shooting the car and when is your absolute deadline to finish to get it to SEMA?

The daily updates are great! I have set my DVR to record V8TV everytime a new episode airs. I eat up every bit of info you guys throw out there, it really helps me when it comes to my 67

Oh and the last episode where the guy was upside down in the trunk welding when he burnt himself was hilarious I have been there a few times

Thanks TA - we're glad you dig the show. John (our bodyman) has been on fire several times while building this tub...

Scott, we hope to shoot the car next week. I really hope to, anyhow. We test assembled just about everything on the car, so it should (?!) go back together smoothly. The two big unknowns are the final steering shaft routing and the exhaust.

We planned on pulling out to Vegas sometime on the 26th. The car has to be in the Royal Purple booth no later than Monday at 6, and that's the absolute, all liberties taken, bribe the guy at the door deadline.

Our shop is just outside St. Louis, so we have a couple day drive.

We're actually supposed to be there Saturday, so we're still targeting that.

Thanks for letting us post these updates.. the positive feedback helps fuel the fire! I know we're not the only ones in this thrash... good luck to everyone burnin' midnight oil!

- KO

Kevin -
The daily installments are great. Really give us a feel for what it takes day-to-day to really pull off something of this magnitude. You and your team are going to be doing the Mountain Dew, mega coffee, caffeine binge soon. Keep that candle burning 'til SEMA... Good luck.
