It looks like I have a buyer for my millwork/door/hardwoods warehouse division, so space limitations at my rod shop at the lumber yard may require some sort of RSVP confirmations for those interested in attending this year. We held the event/party there in 2004, so you may remember that it's much smaller than the warehouse we used in 2005. I can stash a few of my cars at the hangar that night to make more seating/buffet/lounge room at my shop, so I suspect we'd be okay for 175-200 guests. Also, if there's enough interest, Stuart could host a Lateral-g golf outing at Southern Highlands Golf Club earlier in the day.

Same deal as last year, Scott/Jody...you guys have to agree to handle the particulars/guest list confirmations and I'll arrange the facility, buffet and spirits between 4 - 8 PM.

I'm in for two Steve. It was a good time last year even though I got there toward the end.

You got it Steve. We'll start up a separate thread once everything is ironed out. Thanks again!

Again, thanks so much, Steve. We really appreciate the generosity and hospitality.

Once we get all the details smoothed out, I'll start a new thread with all the info on location, times, charity fund raiser, etc.

I will try to make it this year. I have got the rooms booked (as I had last year), planetickets are in the pipeline so everything should be OK. I will really try to avoid any jobs this week. Last year I had to stay home because of a job that was impossible to reschedule.

See ya in 'Vegas.

Count me in for two. We got into town too late to attend last year. Steve, much thanks for your kind gesture.
