We think alike....., i understand that the cf is expensive, that you'd like it to show for people to notice and all, but, reffering to Mako's comment, i would even say the same about the bumper and trunk lid...they look like its a car/ project that's been upgraded over the week end that the parts have not been yet painted (no offence meant). As an example of what can be done nicely, take Larry Callahan's car, he had the paint ''Climb'' onto the parts to some extent so they show leaving some CF to show, but its at least integrated into the scheme, not just put there as a mere bolt on.
You could do a stripe (large single) using the lower valance's opening for width and carry it over the whole car cutting it early at the base of the windshield like the original Z striping kinda and you would have to find something special to do at the base of the back glass since the panel there is not CF made (is it available?) and therefore the stripe could not go end on it but a nice trim with aluminum rivets (I'm thinking of the black bad ass 67 fastback mustang tthat was built awhile ago....with the big scooped with grilles kinda stuff) for a third light or something to fill the space permitting the stripe to end on the lid while the rest of the space beeing filled.
Lol! Just an idea....Hey, its just my 2 pennies worth, trying to help thats all...
Any idea on the red you want to use? Its going to be killer when done.
