Next time is right....Had it rendered both ways. Ties in with the chrome rear bumper and wheels nice. If I change my mind next year well....that's easy.

My only original idea. Everything else i just copied what I like on other peoples cars.

Anyway here is my calipers that started life on a 2007 Corvette

Lots of tedious work. Grind off raised letters and smooth off casting. Take to machine shop for lettering, many hours with exacto knife and high heat masking tape down in the letters, drop off to powder coater, and finally many more hours with tiny demel and excato knife to clear out the lettering.

If I did it again I think I would take a chance and powder coat before the machine shop. I was told it might chip the power but I would like to see for sure.
