Scott, would it not be easier to install a supercharger on that engine, then go through all the work of those turbos? How much power do you really need anyways? It would make that engine compartment a lot cleaner.

I have a Saleen 2001 281SC. You can't keep the car on the road at high rmp's and low speeds. haha. I have had it at 166 mph top speed. Ran out of 5th gear. How fast do you need to go?

I'm just trying to help you in the thought process of getting that car finished and on the road and on its way to completion. Everytime I see pics of that car it has new rims, headers, engine, you name it, you have changed it.

Next, you will be putting in a LS10 which has not even come out yet. I know you still want to paint the car too. Your going to be like me, thirty years later you have got it right. Plus I stuck to one engine and the same interior. lol.

I guess the LSX bug is going to bite us all eventually. It even got a fence sitter like me to climb down.

Awesome news Scott. You're car just got that much cooler.

Oh, and by the way..........Woodward, perhaps?

I'm planning on Woodward again. But getting the car there would be pretty tight as it's going to go to paint first.

True, but there's a very, very good possibilty that the car will have a deadline of being finished by the last week of October.

My vote is blow off paint for now and make it ready for Power Tour. October deadline sounds like SEMA. You can pull it apart after Power Tour and paint it then. You want all the bugs worked out before paint....
