Very impressive indeed, every time you build a car I wonder how you will ever top it and somehow you continue to raise the bar.

I would be very curious (if you are willing to share) what your future plans include as I am sure you are already noodling ideas for the next project. Any plans to ever use a full frame or IRS?

Keep up the killer work as it is great inspiration for others.

Default Slick

That carbon fiber under the clear looks incredible. That will definitely help with the design portion of the OUSCI competition. Did you calculate how much weight came off the nose of the car with all the changes you made and the addition of carbon fiber over sheet metal?

Now you are just showing off I used the DX-1 stripe on my latest build and it generates a lot of questions/compliments on the striping. It looks awesome with the carbon coming through. Excellent job by Joe and Paul.

Thumbs up

Thanks Guys! The front clip turned out awesome. It has taken a ton of work to get it to that point but is 100% worth it. It really looks great. I'm looking forward to seeing it back on the car. Marks latest Camaro has to be the best one to date. Every time the next car comes around he seems to have a better creation bouncing around inside his head. I'm really happy we went with the DX-1 stripe on the car. The day the car came in the shop we started laying out different ideas for stripes. And this one just seemed to fit. Its something you don't see done very often and it really is a nice touch of the carbon without totally over doing it.

Here are a few shots of the front clip out getting some sun this afternoon.

If I was rich, I'd pay Stielow to build a Camaro for me. There wouldn't be any question. Even better if I could pay him to build one with me so I could learn something, but I'm sure that would cost extra. Meh, I'd be a rich so it wouldn't matter.
