Guys I just wanted to let you guys know of a very reputable place to buy LS drivelines. Hilton Motorsports here in Canada are very well stocked with low mileage drop outs at reasonable prices. To boot Bob is a great guy and knowledgeable for your LS install. Thanks again Bob for all your help.

Well after around 8 hours and a few beers with a buddy the drivetrain is in place with a stock F body oil pan with no mods to it.Fits like a glove.....man Im tired but a huge step forward.Enjoy the pics.

Good deal! You will be very pleased with the LS motor! What motor plates were used?

Nice work getting the motor in, I'd highly recommend some Longtube headers it will really open the motor up.

Well I have some more progress to show you guys. After dropping in my LS1 I ran into a few fitment issues. One in particular was my factory vacuum booster wasn't allowing one of my coils to bolt down.So I had a 2001 C5 booster and master that I wanted to use.So after talking to a few of our members here I went for it.Basically what I did was tranfer over the factory booster bracket and modify it to bolt onto the C5 booster so everything could bolt in smoothly together.Hopefully the pics are self explanitory but please shoot me some questions I"d be pleased to answer them. The whole process took me about 6hrs and it fits perfect.

Steve
