Default 68 Camaro with 632 BBC and AME front - update

First update.....

Pro-street influenced but toned down a bit to stay street legal...

Am in Australia so lots of stuff to get over from the states and has been slow progress (have had the car over 1 year already)

Put in the AME front clip 2 weeks ago, looks amazing and everyone who has seen it agrees the thing is a work of Art....

Mocked up the engine and trans to get ride heights this week.

632 BBC looks awesome in the front and only have 2 issues (oil pan sits on power rack and dizzy hits firewall), both easily overcome without too much effort (smoothing the firewall anyway and will notch the pan or replace the pan if I can find one).

Car is running 17" rims and 330mm discs all round.

325 x 50 on rear and 245 x 45 front. Front wheel is a bit of an issue as it is damn close to fender edge...so will need to work there.

All in all very pleased with look though, will run 4 inch ground clearance all round without airbags.

Not sure how long ago you purchased your motor, but mine came with an MSD dist. with the separate coil. Maybe if you give world a call they will swap you out.

Those wheels remind me of the old "Champ 500's."

Actually I building quite few that way, consulting all over the US and the World right now. glad we can help.

As for the distributor, it is a option for the MSD distributor with World. The HEI you got with your engine is a generic and only has a $60 value. Might as well add a MSD Distributor, 6AL Box and Coil to your list with Lisa. We will take care of you. The MSD is a MUCH better set up anyway. Also, since your a bit across the pond, I would suggest getting a spare cap and rotor JUST so you have them if you need it someday since it is not exactly a parts store item.

I hear it is nice over there, maybe I should bring it in my luggage? I need a vacation. We played with Monkeys in Belize, snorkled with Sharks in the Bahamas', if Lisa could hug a Koala bear, she would be gone in the morning!
