I like all the mods...very smooth looking! Pics are pics of course...but I think it looks great so far! What do you think, one more round of sanding?

What color are you thinking?

I wanna see the post blocking picks. Use long blocks and light pressure and change the paper often. Yeah right, like Im am telling you anything LOL Im sure you know exactly what you are doing.

Dont cheat, show all the highs and lows That might determine the final color too (light or dark), unless you are ready for another round with the build primer.

But just looking at the flat primer thats there she looks pretty flat. The block will reveal ALL though. I found this out.

When I blocked my car I ran into some low and high spots. It was an eye opener, one that I didnt want really. I have alot of work to do.

I hope you get a nice flat sand. Cant wait to see the post sanding pics. JR

I like how the drip rails and cowl area turned out. It looks good.

The old rule comes into effect here. Dark colors hide nothing, light colors are more foregiving. That should help you decide which direction to go depending on the body as a whole.

Looks GOOD! Speed...

Check out the new post where Watercooled Neds says this is his 'new favorite car' -- I just posted up pics of a BLUE Camaro that looks pretty dang good... nice color on these cars... sort of a modern Lemans blue.

Here's just my thoughts on colors

Black is sinister and just plain bad ass - show's all the billet etc - but the body better be better than perfect

Red -- arrest me

Blues are less sinister and woman like 'em --

White is for rental vans

Candy is for old skool hot rods

Gold is for George Poteet builds

Greys and Titaniums -- New and can be real bad ass done right.

Greens -- just not for the faint of heart 'cause the wrong one will really date a car build

Brown - Can't remember the last time I saw a car done in this color... must be a reason?

Of course I'm writing this tongue in cheek -- and smiling as I do...

I'm thinking you better have Jason or one of the artists here do you some color boards before you shoot that wonderful build!!!

I missed the drip rails the first time I looked at it. I too like that.

You know -- looking this build over -- it would look fantastic even if you just left it the way it is right now!! I'm just happy I found a color for my 37 Ford by accident - figured it was exactly what would do the trick - and I'm sticking to it. Color is sooooooooooo hard to choose!!

I'm doing my Minotti in PPG Barcelona Blue... it's a really dark blue - no metallic -- so looks 'old skool' which is the look I'm going for.
