Default Fuel Cell Cage

I have an ATL Fuel Cell on the way and was researching fuel cell cages. I attached this link for anyone else that might be interested. Once I get started I will add how we decided to mount it on my build thread.

Right there with you G. Which particular cell did you get? There are so dang many options.

I already had the hole in mine with the plastic tank and I found the used Fuel Safe tank with about the identical dimensions so we'll drop it in.

Good link - thanks!

I thought I'd seen that article or one similar. Here is a link I had saved on my endless spreadsheet:

I got lucky and found a brand new SP108 that is FIA aprroved and FT3 rated for $389 shipped. He had bought it for his race car but ended up not using it. Saved me close to $250. I wanted to go with the Fuel Safe because of the shallower depth dimension in the 8 gallon but they only have one pick up. The ATL's have dual duck foot pick ups.

Thanks Rob. I thought for sure I'd be picking it up from Pitstopusa after talking to you. Gave ebay a go the next day and there it was. Good thing there aren't a whole lot of racers interested in 8 gallon cells. I was the only bidder.
